Jungle Tent
In a peaceful jungle setting, backed by foliage and beneath a tropical canopy, each 58 square metre Jungle Tent offers a wilderness experience without comprising on comfort. Large picture windows frame the luscious views, while a king-sized bed and two large corner sofas forming a spacious living area provide ample space to retreat. Indonesian artwork and elegant furnishings adorn the space, while hardwood flooring and coral stone bring the outside in. A large bathroom and air conditioning complete the Jungle Tent creating a unique island escape.
Ocean Tent
Set back from the white-sand beach, the 58 square metre (624 square feet) Ocean Tents offer ocean views set along the shores of the Flores Sea. Enveloped by forest foliage and under a large canopy, picture windows frame the surroundings, while inside, a king-sized bed, large living space with two corner sofas and a spacious bathroom provide a comfortable wilderness retreat. Indonesian island artwork is accompanied by materials such as wood and coral stone, creating a calming space that respects its surroundings.
Dining
Adventure-worn appetites will be quickly sated in Amanwana’s inviting teak bar and beach-side restaurant. Alfresco beach and garden dinners, either around a campfire or à deux, as well as private barbecues, are also possible.

The Restaurant, looking over the Flores Sea to Medang Island and the mountains of Sumbawa, serves fresh and simple cuisine, much of it made with products grown or reared on the island.
